I Had Fixed Drug Eruption Due To Metronidazole.It Resulted In

I had fixed drug eruption due to metronidazole.It resulted in black spot on my lips and other part of body.Recently after 4 year gap same reaction occurred due to intake of levofloxacin. Spot have become red and black,and lower lip has inflammation. I am taking allegra 180 mg,flutivate creame on spots.please suggest do I need other medicine for spots to heal quickly.
