I Had Flashing Zigzag Lines On Sunday Lasted About 20

I had flashing zigzag lines on Sunday lasted about 20 mins. I had been feeling a bit shaky before this and a bit unwell, nothing major though. I didn't have a headache. I've had a few migraines in the past with some visual disturbance but usually have a really bad headache.
