I Had Flu Like Symptoms 4 Weeks Ago. The Doctor

I had flu like symptoms 4 weeks ago. The doctor gave me Zythromycin. The fever and night chills went down. I went to see an infection specialist and he requested blood work and blood culture and urine test 2 weeks ago. I am seeing him on Thursday 04/14/16. I am still feeling fatigue. Sometimes i feel like i am okay and then the fatigueness set in. Can you suggest any thing
