I Had Flu Like Symptoms The Other Night, Vomited And

I had flu like symptoms the other night, vomited and had diarrhea and it looked like blood in the toilet a bunch of times. I have a dull pain on my right side, have had it for a while and a heart burny feeling all the time plus a headache. I think I have an ulcer. What do you think?
