I Had Foot Surgery In Jan. 2016. Two Stainless Steel

I had foot surgery in Jan. 2016. Two stainless steel pins were put in my foot. In July 2016 my foot started swelling and an mri showed inflammation in the bones caused by an allergic reaction to the pins. There is a lot of pain associated with this as well. What solution is there to this problem.
