I Had Full Tear Rotary Cuff Surgery 10 Weeks Ago

I had full tear rotary cuff surgery 10 weeks ago . Started therapy at 6 weeks therapy was going good for 2 weeks , hurting but progressing . Had a different therapist this day on week 8 after surgery .. he pushed hard . After therapy pain was INTENSE in my tricep . Went to different therapist after this , n called my dr . New therapist decided we didn't need to do any therapy on shoulder ... but work on getting this tricep calmed down . They have been putting tensunit on it , n massaging with the ultra sound wand . It swells BAD n hurts intense in my tricep , solid muscle spasms with even their light work . They also keep commenting on the little knots in my arm . N bigger knot that is hard n solid . We've been trying to calm this down for 2 weeks , pain has not eased at all !! What is wrong with my arm??
