I Had Full Thyriodectomy, Was On Synthriod For Almost 7

I had full thyriodectomy, was on synthriod for almost 7 years with terrible side effects(Extreme fatigue, memory loss/brainfog, pain I couldnt explain in my legs, sweats & chills and my weight continued to climb!) plus I had hard time regulating dosage with the calcium I need to take throughout the day due to parathyroid damage. So my Doctor switched me to the old method of Amour and then switched to a sublingual form called NP thyroid- which gave me instant results of feeling "normal" for the first time since the loss of my thyroid! Q:Can they adjust the T3 level in the NP Thyroid to suit the Pt needs? -As mine has caused my freeT4 to drop too low. Any suggestions?
