I Had Full Thyroidectamy 2 Years Ago So I Have

I had full thyroidectamy 2 years ago so I have to take L-thyroxine. First, I started with 137 mcgm, then reduced to 125, 112 and 100 mcgm. Had my latest blood work done early March and the results are high TSH and normal T3 and T4. I thought my Endo will reduce my med but he told me to continue taking the same dosage of 100 mcgm. Your thoughts is appreciated.
