I Had Gall Bladder Removal And Appendectomy, With A Small

I had gall bladder removal and appendectomy, with a small hernia repair on August 20,2015. Laparoscopically. last week about Thursday I notice my urine looked to have bilirubin in it. (I'm an old ICU nurse.) The next morning I was nauseous and vomited. I worked that Friday but felt worse over the weekend, nauseated, bloated feeling in epi gastric area and vomited bile I assume, oily floated on surface of toilet. I felt terrible at work Monday. I called surgeon Monday evening and he ordered CMP and CBC. I had lab drawn Tuesday morning and everything looked good except aLT was 514 and AST was 198. I saw surgeon and he made an appt for a Friday MRCP and an appt with a GI guy for Tuesday next week. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, mainly just uncomfortable from distention in my upper abdomen, causing mid thoracic back pain off and on. Also waking every morning about 3 am with with the worse nausea. After laying on my right side. Please help. Don't think this is typical stone in common bile duct issue. Amylase lipase and CNBC ok
