I Had Gallbladder Out 30yrs Ago And I Am Bothered

I had gallbladder out 30yrs ago and I am bothered with excess bile build up when I don'r regularly take Colestid. My question is when I have an attack of raised pulses and BP, shakes ans chills can this also be a cause of the bile which I usually see in great quanity after the attack subsides? Thank you!
