I Had Gallbladder Surgery A Little Over A Month Ago

I had gallbladder surgery a little over a month ago and under my top incision is a lump that feels like a ball. Its sore and a few days ago it felt like i had just had surgery again because i couldn't cough without it hurting severely. Im wondering if its an incisional hernia or just scar tissue?
