I Had Gastric Issue But It Started With Chest Pain

I had gastric issue but it started with chest pain fluctuating from left to right side and stomach aches uneasiness in breath i did my ecg and some other check up which are normal can you suggest any good medicine i am currently taking pantop 40 tab and sucrafil so that this gastric issue can be avoided.

Also suggest good indian diet foods will be helpful
