I Had Giarida In The Vagina And A Severe Problems

I had giarida in the vagina and a severe problems in the preitenium which was treated with 30 days of falga and c leared up . Now i have severe pain in uthera which has not responded to antibiotics, daflucan or lyrivia .
Any suggestions what course of treatment is appropriate at this time.
