I Had Gone For MTP Pregnancy Of 4-5 Weeks ,

I had gone for MTP Pregnancy of 4-5 weeks , doctor have claim that suction has done and no resedue remain. and after 1 week I got bleeding again and go to another doctor , and after internal ultrasound doctor fond some resedue in it, and suggested repeat MTP. Is it a regular process of MTP?. Or it is medical negligency.?
