I Had Gone To My Primary For A Physical For

I had gone to my primary for a physical for my new job, a couple days later i recieve a call from my doctors office saying i had a uti. I had no symptoms and had felt fine, but they prescribed my ciprofloxacin so i took it trusting my doctor. Almost immediately my allergies started flaring it persisted the whole seven days i was on cipro. It wasnt that bad till i finished the script. I ended up with a full blown sinus infection. Because of having numerous sinus infections in the past i was able to treat it without returning to my primary just yet i have a follow up with him on the 19th. Im concerned if i should try and get in sooner because in the past five days since finishing the script he gave me ive had three nose bleeds which ive had a history of having nosesbleeds at least twice a month for a period of six months. What do you think i should do wait the week or try to get in sooner?
