I Had Gone To The Bathroom Earlier Today, And Later

I had gone to the bathroom earlier today, and later noticed perianal itching. I went to the bathroom to try wiping again, and noticed some blood on the toilet paper. It was somewhat fresh, so I know the bleeding is somewhere in the lower GI tract. I went to the bathroom again a few minutes ago, and noticed fresh blood in the stool and again on the toilet paper. The stool also want diarrhea, but it was much softer than usual and I almost never have a bowl movement more than once a day. I started talking Garcinia Cambogia this morning about 12 hours ago. Could this be the cause of the bleeding?
