I Had Gone Under Circumcision Three Months Before. The Foreskin

I had gone under circumcision three months before. The foreskin has been removed and the sensitivity is back to normal, almost. I was given Betadine to avoid infection and also Moisturex. I haven't applied the latter yet. Is there is any particular reason why I should apply the cream?
