I Had Gone Without A Monthly Cycle For Almost Five

I had gone without a monthly cycle for almost five years. I started spotting a little after Thanksgiving and spotted for a few days. It stopped but started back again in about a week. Then it stopped again and about another week it started again. It is only a spot here and there it is not enough to really have to wear a pad very often. I don't really know what could be going on. I don't have any real pain. I did some heavy lifting a little time back and thought maybe this could have something to do with it.
