I Had Gotten Into A Physical Fight With My Brother,

I had gotten into a physical fight with my brother, who has AIDS. I want to get checked out, just in case, because there was blood, and there was a laceration on my hand from fighting. It isn't likely to have touched my laceration, but this is just precaution. How many tests do I need over a period of time? Is this like a one, and done situation? Also, I already know about the window periods, but whenever I looked online, there was articles saying if you are sexually active.. and obviously that isn't the case.
