I Had Gripping Pain In My Chest Which Shoots Up

I had gripping pain in my chest which shoots up to my jaw and also pain in my left upper arm. I was treated for angina nearly 8 years back and recovered fully. But in the last couple of months I am having the same symptoms again. But after dosage of ecosprin 75 for a day or two it is ok. But the pain is off and on. Pls advise. I am 50 years female.
