I Had Growth On Top Of My Shoulder And A

I had growth on top of my shoulder and a dermatologist removed it - I continued covering it with band aids and got a rash and itch all around the area - I got latex free band aids but its been 5 days and the itching is awful, and looks like rash. No other symptoms. Calamine lotion has helped the most, but doesn't last long. Is there something better?
