I Had Had Swelling And Some Warmth On Each Side

I had had swelling and some warmth on each side of my butt crack more towards the top on my buttt crack. It hurts to sit and impossible to lay on my back. I am putting ointment on it and using whitch hazel pads. It has been 3 days now. What do you think it could be and how do I get rid of it?
