I Had Hallucinations, Followed By Trouble Talking And Walking Then

I had hallucinations, followed by trouble talking and walking then syncope. I awoke next morning with no symptoms and have free of then since. I have a complete workup with no definite diagnosis. I am 83, female and take gabapentin and Cymbalta for neuropathy in my legs.
