I Had Hand Surgery Today And Am On A Buprenorphine

I had hand surgery today and am on a Buprenorphine implant. The pain is Terrible they have me on toradol but are there any other options. Would opiates work at a high dose to overpower the Buprenorphine? The pain is excrutiating. I can’t sleep nothing. What should I ask of my doctor cause he’s not familiar with this situation
