I Had Heartburn From 8 Last Night Until Around 6

I had heartburn from 8 last night until around 6 this morning. It still hurts and burns when I swallow. I also have had itchy bumps come up all over my body. The palms of both hands and the middle of both feet are very sore and tender. You can even feel a ' ball' in the middle of my foot. All of these symptoms appeared at the same time????
