I Had Hemmohroid Surgery 10 Years Ago. I Had Both

I had hemmohroid surgery 10 years ago. I had both internal and external removed. Since surgery, I always have problems with getting my butt clean after a bowel movement. This is the most embarrassing thing ever. I can wipe 30 times, take a shower after my bm and still not get clean. Using disposable wipes helps some but the problem still exist. I have had several Uti's as a result of these issues. Is there anything u could recommend I try or do I need to have surgery again? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
