I Had Hernia Sugery 7 Months Ago And Had To

I had hernia sugery 7 months ago and had to return back to the hospital 4 months after my sugery to have fluid removed from my testicle. I recently had a physical and discovered that my testicle is rock hard with a little lump inside.. should I be concern or is this normal?
