I Had High Blood Pressure When I Got Weighed This

I had high blood pressure when i got weighed this month and last month with the nurse at my surgery and they gave me a blood pressure machine for a week iv just took it now and its saying 147/104 and i took it 1 minute after like it says 149/104 so i took it again on my other arm to see if i was doing it right and i was relaxed and it was 149/104 should i be worried!
