I Had Hip Replacement , Not Going Well Bones Are

I had hip replacement , not going well bones are very bad I'm 76 years old , got osteoporosis and had CR cancer, plus lump nodes in groin removed. Sometimes have lower leg swelling and water seeping from calf down.
How serious is this? After a few days of elevating diminishes but am unable to put on stocking.
