I Had Hip Replacement Surgery In Early January. In March

I had hip replacement surgery in early January. In March I had colon cancer surgery. As a result, I spent about three months laying around. Since the colon cancer surgery, I have experienced a dull pain across the back of my butt. It doesn't seem to be going aw away. What might it be?
