I Had Hiv Duo Test Negative After Three And Half

I had hiv duo test negative after three and half months exposure at Metropolis Lab.

However I have symptom of chemyldia like pain in left testicle . The symptom started 2 month after exposure. For which doctor had given a course big antibiotics and it has resolved.
However my doctor don't suspect any STI. He says it could be general infection
There is no testing possible for chemyldia in my place. Could you please suggest if can be sure of my negative hiv test after three months.
