I Had Hysterolaparoscopy Done 2 Months Back In May For

I had hysterolaparoscopy done 2 months back in May for endometriosis in my right ovary. Doctor advised me to take Ovaral G for two months and now I am planning to go for an ivf as soon as I get my first period after the surgery. What I want to know is, is it okay to go for it directly or shall I wait for one cycle to pass and start from next cycle. Please advice. P.s. I did a scan after two months to see whether the wounds have heeled, doc said it is fine now.
