I Had Impacted Wax Build Up And Doctor Had Me

I had impacted wax build up and doctor had me use debrox. After three days it cleared and I went to my follow up appt the next day. I continued to use the debrox two more times after it cleared and went to my follow up appointment the next day. They said it was all gone but using the debrox those two more times made it feel like they were full of water. Doctor gave me antibiotic/ steriod drops and that made it even worse. Will the water dry up in a couple days or could it be immflamation? I wish I would have just left it alone after it felt pretty much cleared up... Wondering if I should wait on putting the steriod/antibiotic drops in-see if it dries up. Cant stand this feeling of water in my ears. It makes noises very loud and very uncomfortable!!! Help!!
