I Had Inguinal Hernia Surgery Back In April I Was

I had inguinal hernia surgery back in April I was snowmobiling today it got real sore and noticed a lump on top of the surgery incision right where my hernia use to roll back into I pretty sure this is where the plug was place and seem to be come out.... Any ideas?
