I Had Intercourse With My Husband In June And Have

I had intercourse with my husband in June and have regular periods since last four months. I had last periods around 28 September. I am feeling heavy in uterus as in pregnancy and also I did pregnancy plate test at home before 1 week. It was negative. Then also I have taken misogest combikit still I don't start bleeding as I have taken last dosetoday today in morning at 9:00. I don't want to go through with surgical abortion as I am sure heaviness is similar to pregnancy. What should I do
