I Had Just Finished Having A Bowel Movement When I

I had just finished having a bowel movement when I had severe pain on my lower right side stomach - almost like something was going to pop out of my skin. Now I feel nauseous and have a lower amount of pain on the right side of my body, including my right arm. My temperature is 99.1.
