I Had Kidney Stones Removed In Oct/Nov Last Year. Dec

I had kidney stones removed in Oct/Nov last year. Dec 24th ct scan showed no stones remaining. I am still having severe pain in my left upper side. The pains have been there all along but seem to be getting worse now. I just wanted to ask if there is something other than kidney stones that could be the cause
