I Had Kidney Surgery On September 22nd. They Removed 1/3

I had kidney surgery on September 22nd. They removed 1/3 of my right kidney due to cancer. Everything was going good. 2 days ago I knelt down and stood up a few times. I felt a little pain then but now I feel more pain on the inside of my right abdomen area. I now have noticed that I have a bulge coming out just right of my belly button. Should I wait till the morning to see my surgeon or do you think this is urgent?
