I Had Knee Replacement Surgery In Early Sept. -- Ten

I had knee replacement surgery in early sept. -- ten days later a uti infection -- took antibotics -- but still felt constantly like I needed to pee -- urine test clear -- diagnosed with vaginal atrophy for causing problem -- put on premarin vaginal cream for a couple of weeks -- it was working -- feeling better -- then clitoris area became itchy/red/irritated -- so PA told me to stop cream; but feeling like I need to pee came back -- so I restarted a vaginal cream -- this time Replens, plus twice used premarin that week -- then I got a yeast infection -- given a one tablet pill to get rid of the yeast -- still treating clitoris area with monistat -- oh yes -- doctor took samples of the vaginal yeast and the clitoris yeast -- both came back negative for yeast?!?!
took another urine sample -- it is clear; did a bladder test -- it is good -- but still feel like I need to pee all the time -- so what is causing this constant pressure/need to pee? HELP!!!
