I Had Laproscopic Surgery For A Double Hernia Just Over

I had laproscopic surgery for a double hernia just over 2 weeks ago and while I am mobile my abdomen still feels tender/sore and bloated to the extent that I cannot wear a trouser but instead have to wear a track suit. How long is this likely to continue and when can I expect these seems to disappear.I am 74 years old and otherwise healthy with no serious medical consition.
