I Had Laryngitis Two Weeks Ago, No Voice Mon-thursday, Friday

I had laryngitis two weeks ago, no voice mon-thursday, Friday it was a little cracking, but was better, today its still not fully as my normal voice is. Why is this? I do struggle with seasonal allergies, and do Loratadine 10mg daily along with fluticasone .My throat does not hurt or bother me.
