I Had Laser Surgery For A Torn Eye Retina Two

I had laser surgery for a torn eye retina two weeks ago and the doctor released me for normal activities a few days ago. My question that I forgot to ask him if high intensity aerobics is ok to do and I had added weight strengthening along with it. I'm kind of scared to do this cause my husband thinks that's what caused the tear. Thank you for any feed back
