I Had Lasik About 5 Years Ago. Just Afterwards I

I had lasik about 5 years ago. Just afterwards I was getting a sharp pain in my right eye. subsequently my vision has gotten much worse. Another Optomologist diagnosed my eye as having an ulcer near the foci...I now where glasses and the right eye stays blurry in the center. Now for the question: Each time I go for my annual eye check up they change my prescription by .5 in both eyes for reading and distance. And each time I end up using my old glasses because the new ones make it hard to see. Now my old glasses (new glasses with old prescription) are giving me a shadow of the characters when I am reading. Can you advise...
