I Had Live Intercourse With A Girl On The 5th

I had live intercourse with a girl on the 5th April,3weeks later I started filling unwell and this how I felt,headache,testicles were itching and weakness.so I went to a private clinic and tested HIV negative and the same week I went to a government clinic took a blood test and I was given folic acid and m/vital (some dark red peels)so I was taking both peels at the same time without eating anything
Now I developed intestinal gas and my stomach blots,shortness of breath dizziness,headaches and testicles are still paining,even urenating has become so morethan usual sometimes the urine is yellow some times clear.help me pliz
