I Had Lower Herniated Disc Removed In 2013. Although I

I had lower herniated disc removed in 2013. Although I do not have back pain anymore I do have numbness in both feet. It can become painful and wake me up in the night. I feel very unsteady on my feet and I'm afraid to go to work because of that. Will this go away?
