I Had Lower Lumbar Fusion Surgery 2 Yrs Ago. I

I had lower lumbar fusion surgery 2 yrs ago. I still have spondylothesis that was unable to be corrected during the fusion. In addition, I also have sacroiliac joint dysfunction with no treatment. A week ago I helped push an airboat off an oyster bar then later used my leg to push a bed over to sweep. I felt a significant pop in my groin, more specifically on my inner left groin near the pubic region. Since then I've been in increased pain, have trouble beating weight and standing up on that leg and then some pain shooting up from my tailbone region up. What can this be??
