I Had Lump On My Left Neck And Was Diagnosed

I had lump on my left neck and was diagnosed with tb 6 months ago. initially I was prescribed rifafour e 275 (acombination of 4 drug)but the lump grew bigger even after taking for about 4 weeks. the lump was drained of puss and I continued with rifafour for another 3 months. the wound(opening for draining puss)did not heal. I was then given 5 drugs(kanamycin,pyrazide, ethambutol, terivalidin,isoniazid) . the skin that was cut open for draining closed up and healed but the lump reappeared again since the change of medication and after 2 weeks, it was aspirated but after 1 week the lump grew bigger in size and reddened. I also started feeling numbness around the lump , upto behind my ear and numbness moving upto my right side head. wen the lump was aspirated, there was dark blood that came out and not much pus. in a few hours the lump is back to the same big size(size of a tomato). are the drugs working?why did blood come the second time?
