I Had Lumpectomy And Then Radiation IMRT In 2012, Then

I had lumpectomy and then radiation IMRT in 2012, then mastectomy in November 2013 and then hematoma formed and after 5 aspirations of so much blood (538cc over the 5 times) the breast surgeon did surgery to stop the bleeding August 2014 and then seroma formed in same place along mastectomy scar. Sclerotherapy w/absolute alcohol used Sept. 18 2014 failed to stop the seroma leeching fluid. Pigtail drain implanted Oct. 6, 2014 and daily output is still 35-60cc daily. Surgeon doesn't know what to do. What do you suggest?
