I Had Lung Cancer Cut Out 9/30/14 Just A 1/4

I had lung cancer cut out 9/30/14 just a 1/4 and total left kidney removed with cancer. now I have fluid in the lung that had the cancer cut out. the right kidney need chemo, go for bone marrow Wednesday. How can I get the fluid out now? Plus lung tub got infected and I got MRSA. HELP
