I Had Lung Cancer In 2011 And Had My Lower

I had lung cancer in 2011 and had my lower left lobe removed. Had chemo and all tests have came back clear since. Most recent CT scan shows a 5 mm calcified lesion that was only 2 mm six months ago. Trying to not panic and waiting for an appt with my oncologist. Should I be concerned about this lesion and that it has grown 3 mm in 6 months?
